These terms explain the rules that apply when you use our website or engage Fusion Design Studio for creative services.

Agreement to these terms
By using this website or purchasing services from Fusion Design Studio, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you purchase services under a separate proposal, estimate, statement of work, or written agreement, that document also applies. Its specific service terms control if they conflict with these website terms.
Services and project scope
We provide photography, videography, graphic design, and web design services. The scope, deliverables, schedule, revisions, and price for a project will be described on the applicable service page, proposal, estimate, invoice, or written agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised schedule and additional fees.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and project information, timely feedback and approvals, and any materials reasonably needed to complete the work. You confirm that you have permission to use all text, images, music, trademarks, and other materials you give us. Delays in providing materials or feedback may change the delivery schedule.
Payments
Payments are accepted through ACH, Card, and Apple Pay. You may pay the full service price upfront or pay an initial deposit, with the remaining balance due before the finished product is delivered. Payment timing and any installment arrangement stated in your proposal or invoice also apply. Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a project at any time by contacting us. Payments and deposits are generally nonrefundable once work has commenced because they reserve time and cover work performed. If little to no work has commenced, we will provide the refund described in the applicable proposal or otherwise agreed with you. Any refund required by law will be honored.
Scheduling and delivery
Project dates and delivery estimates depend on project scope, client response times, weather, venue rules, third-party availability, and other circumstances. We will communicate material schedule changes. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, a delivery date is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Revisions and approvals
Included revision rounds are listed in the relevant package, proposal, or invoice. Additional revisions and rush work may incur extra fees. Your approval authorizes us to proceed to the next project stage. Please review names, dates, links, spelling, and other details carefully before final approval.
Intellectual property
After final payment, the final custom artwork and deliverables identified in the applicable agreement are yours to use as agreed. Fusion Design Studio retains ownership of unused concepts, drafts, working files, processes, templates, tools, and pre-existing materials unless we agree otherwise in writing. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses. You may not use an unpaid or unselected concept without our written permission.
Portfolio and credit
We may display completed projects in our portfolio, social channels, and promotional materials, and may include a reasonable website credit where agreed. If a project involves confidential information or a privacy concern, please contact us before publication so we can document an appropriate restriction.
Website use and third-party links
You may use this website for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy site content in violation of intellectual property rights. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Creative results and business outcomes can vary, and we do not guarantee a particular level of sales, engagement, search ranking, or other commercial result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusion Design Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from this website or the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply going forward. Questions may be sent through our Contact Us page .
